Hi all, I wonder if anyone has any advice or suggestions on where my daughter and her friend can secure a decent flat? They are both students, very responsible, tidy and mature, and they have been to see many flats but despite having all the right credentials they are never successful. Frankly they are broken! I appreciate owners have the right to choose who they want to live in their properties but they are really struggling with the normal agencies. Any advice gratefully received.
