I think we can agree that Darnell Nurse is a top 4D on most teams especially when you factor out is lackluster performance last year. Acquiring a top 4D man in this league would most likely require a trade centered around Musty or Bystedt. Why not weaponize the cap space that you have and acquire a relatively skilled defenseman on an expensive contract instead of trading for one and giving up our young talent?

I’ve been seeing some rumors that the Bruins are looking to trade Mason Lohrei. It looks like he’s left handed but he is still young at 25 and has a massive reach since he is 6’5. Do you guys think he would be a player that GMMG takes a serious look at?
