Leaving after 4 weeks in my first real job... Something very embarrassing happened today and I need advice

This is a bit messy and I need advice.

I've only been at this job for about 4 weeks, and I'm planning to hand in my resignation tomorrow because I got an offer with a higher salary. The offer is so tempting: about a 30% increase, so I thought I'd take the opportunity and see where it would lead me. I negotiated the salary during the interviews, and with a little help of the InterviewMan tool, we reached the highest salary range. It also made me feel much more confident while speaking, so the tool was a lifesaver. They accepted me on the spot, so I gave them a 3-week notice.

I'm still relatively young and this is my first real full-time job, and honestly everyone there has been good to me and spent time showing me how the work is done, so I feel really guilty.

My manager isn't around for the next few days, so I needed his number to talk to him. Today I asked one of the people I work with for his number, and he joked and said something like: "You won't need it here." After that, a few people started talking about how the salaries aren't the best, and one person laughed and said: "Why, are you planning to leave already?" I just smiled and brushed it off.

And then, because apparently the embarrassment wasn't enough, a few minutes later I spilled coffee on my sleeve and felt like a clown.

On my way back on the bus, I sent my manager a message on Teams asking if he had time for a quick call. He replied saying it was late for him, and tomorrow would work unless it was urgent. I told him tomorrow was fine.

So now I have to talk to him tomorrow and tell him I'm leaving after barely having started, and then somehow go back to work and act normal around everyone after the weird conversation that happened today.

Does anyone have any advice on how to handle the call and get through the next shift without making it a bigger deal in my head?

My old company says it won't pay me my Q2 bonus or 3 weeks' notice pay unless I tell them where my new job is

Hi everyone -

I work in a highly competitive field (dental device sales). I recently accepted a much better role in a different region, so I gave them 3 weeks' notice. My manager seemed completely surprised, and after about 45 minutes with no response from her, my laptop and all my system access were locked.

A little while later, she started sending me messages from her personal phone asking me where I was going. I told her I wasn't ready to share that information right now, and that she'd probably see it when I felt comfortable posting an update to my network.

After that, she told me they wouldn't pay my Q2 bonus, which is a large amount, or 3 weeks of notice pay unless I told her the name of the company I'm going to. Is that even allowed? Should I give her the information just to get my money and be done with it? I also feel like if this is a real company policy, HR should be the ones telling me, not my boss over text.
