vial fell behind my fridge and I have no idea how long it's been there

just found it when I was cleaning. it's reconstituted. no idea when I put it there. looks clear but I genuinely cannot remember if this was from last month or the month before. the responsible answer is obvious I just really don't want to waste it

how long did you guys run anavar before seeing actual vascularity changes?

i started running anavar at 50mg a day about two weeks ago with my test base. the pumps are definitely better and my lifts are going up a bit. but my skin looks exactly the same. i am already pretty lean right now. sitting at maybe 11 or 12 percent body fat so i figured the vascularity would happen fast. for those who have run it before how long did it take for the veins to actually show up? does it take a full month or do i just need to get even leaner to see it?

If you're on semaglutide 1mg and it's not working, going up to 2mg might be better than switching to tirzepatide

Data from over 64,000 US adults with type 2 diabetes who were on semaglutide 1mg. One group escalated to semaglutide 2mg, while the other group switched to tirzepatide 2.5mg or 5mg with allowed titration up to 15mg. After one year, both groups were similarly likely to achieve an HbA1c below 7% (about 75% in both groups). But when it came to weight loss, the semaglutide 2mg group had a statistically significantly higher rate of achieving at least 5% weight loss compared to the tirzepatide group.

This is real-world data, not a randomized trial, so we have to be careful about drawing conclusions. But it suggests that if you're on semaglutide and you've hit a plateau, increasing your dose might be a better first step than switching drugs entirely.

Does anybody else have zero patience for food influencers now?

I know this sounds mean.

But every time I see those giant mukbang videos or food challenge reels now I just sit there wondering HOW.

Not judging anybody, I just can't relate anymore.

Old me would've been impressed.

Current me feels full watching somebody else eat 😂
