I am wanting to build the most powerful gaming/streaming/multitasking PC possible for around $5K AUD and want opinions before I buy.

Current planned specs:

•	Ryzen 7 9800X3D

•	RTX 5080

•	64GB DDR5 6000 CL30

•	X870E motherboard

•	4TB NVMe SSD

•	1000W+ PSU

•	High airflow case + 360mm AIO

Main use:

•	high FPS gaming

•	streaming

•	heavy multitasking

•	lots of tabs/apps open

•	future proofing for years

Questions:

1.	Is the 9800X3D the best choice at this budget or should I go 9950X3D?

2.	Is 64GB RAM worth it or pointless for gaming/streaming?

3.	Best RTX 5080 model?

4.	Any parts you’d change completely?

5.	Air cooling vs AIO for this build?

Not trying to save money unless something is genuinely unnecessary. I want the best performance possible around $5K AUD.
