4461 matches since 2019 and I get banned for “smurfing”? Makes no sense
I honestly don’t understand this ban at all. I’ve been playing on the same FACEIT account since 2019 and I have 4461 matches played, level 10, over 2200 elo, and somehow I get a 31-day ban for “Playing on a smurf”.
Meanwhile there are tons of players queueing with their friends after the elo soft reset — people with 3000-3400 elo playing with level 9s and low match accounts every single day — and nothing happens to them.

No new account abuse
No boosting services
No multiple account farming
I already sent tickets to FACEIT support and still haven’t gotten a real explanation. I’m genuinely trying to understand what triggered this because banning an old account with thousands of matches for “smurfing” feels completely wrong.
I attached screenshots of the account and the ban because this honestly looks absurd to me.
I’m not asking for special treatment — I just want an actual manual review from FACEIT staff because this doesn’t add up at all.
What do you guys think? Has anyone else gotten falsely flagged like this after the elo reset?
