I just got this - anyone had similar results? HPV 16 & CIN 3 is not ideal I would say? 😭 and I am not 100% trusting the LEEP procedure but we will see

Hii, just wanting to hear about your experiences with HPV and having a colposcopy.
I tested positive for HPV CIN 3 in April, and my GP referred me to KEMH for a colposcopy. I had it done on Monday. During the procedure, the doctor told me that pretty much my entire cervix is compromised & that there were abnormal cells across most of it, so she needed to take several biopsies. In total, she took four.
What has me worried is that she didn’t mention anything about having a LLETZ procedure. I’ve seen a lot of people say their doctor discussed the next steps, including LLETZ, straight after the biopsy, but she didn’t say anything at all.
I’m feeling really scared because I don’t know if this means it’s more extensive or deeper than expected. I’m just waiting for the biopsy results now, and the uncertainty is hard.
Has anyone had a similar experience? I’d really appreciate hearing what happened in your case.
