Help In Math for Aptitude Tests
Hi guys! Do ya'll have any tips for studying JHS to SHS math? Specifically Basic Algbera, Intermediate Algebra, and Geometry. I have an aptitude test / entrance exam that covers JHS and SHS math, science, language prof, and reading comprehension in 2 months. I decided to focus on math for the entirety of May, but since I signed myself up for an review center from 8AM - 12PM during May 11 to May 25, I found it hard to stay consistent with my math studies and have wasted 3 good reviewing days (excluding weekends) 😭 I think I've gotten slightly better with testmanship but my foundation for math is so weak, I end up getting really bad scores ☠️ but I feel like its impossible to try and master JHS-SHS Algebra and Geometry in a month, so I'm more focused on finding ways to understand the basics, find shortcuts and be more effecient when it comes to solving BUT HOWWWWWWW huhu...
I feel like my biggest issue was focusing too much on one topic... i've only covered a quarter of basic algebra 😭 heres what ive learnt from May 7 - 22 so far (complex numbers, how to solve with imaginary numbers, set and unions, right order of operations, inscribed shapes [still trying to get used to this], solving mixed numbers, finding percentages, scientific notation, absolute number value, simplifying radical expressions, interval notation, simplifying algebraic expressions, word problems with SIMPLE algebraic expressions, multiplying and dividing rational expressions [still trying to get used to this]) dawg 😭
Am i on the right track?? Is there any tips to make this less hectic and should I just focus more on taking tests and find shortcuts than refreshing? Pls helpp huhuh 🙏🙏🙏🙏😭
