Anyone else who can't access Paze?

When trying to login on a merchant website to make a payment, or when trying to access: mywallet.paze.com, I only get this error:

We’re having trouble signing you in.
Please try again later.

It has been this way for two days now. Tried different computers, different browsers, etc. Called Chase several times, so far, no luck.

Sump pump outlet is creating a big hole in the lawn

Sump pump oulet is creating a big hole in the lawn. Oddly, we've lived here for four years, and this is the first year we've had this happen. Any idea why it just started now, and how to prevent it? I was considering to simply place a "Splash block" there after filling in the dirt.
