Refund Problems
Hey everyone,
I need some help with a refund and i just wanted to know if it happened to anyone else.
I bought KF3 yesterday because it was on sale but i bought it because i just wanted to see how it runs on my pc since my hardware is kind of old and if i can get constant 60 fps i ll keep it. I booted it up went through with the tutorial, keeping track of my time i played no more than an hour and then i decided to refund it since i couldnt keep the game on 60 fps.
When i went to the refund page it said that my playtime is at 5 hours, I played the beta of said game and apparently the hours of the beta and the purchased game merged. I know i didnt play for 5 hours when i bought it but i definitely played during the beta. Now steam is denying my refund because my playtime exceeds the 2 hours. I have never had a problem like this happen to me. Is there a way to show how long my session was or anything after i bought it? Or some proof? Anything i can do or thats it?
