deposited USDT via Binance Smart Chain (BEP-20) to my Roobet account
The funds were sent to my correct Roobet wallet address, but on an unsupported network. I understand this might require manual recovery and I am willing to provide verification or pay any necessary fees.

After further review, we have already credited your account for a deposit previously using the wrong blockchain network as a one-time exception. In this case we are unable to refund any further deposits that were sent using the incorrect network.
At the time, Roobet had not yet activated Binance Smart Chain deposits. However, those funds were successfully delivered to Roobet’s wallet and remain under your control. Now that you officially support the Binance Smart Chain network, there is no technical reason why my deposit cannot be credited to my account.
I have been waiting for over a year, and I find it unacceptable that my funds are being withheld despite Roobet having custody of them. I respectfully request that this matter be escalated immediately to a supervisor or the technical team for resolution.
Roobet can reverse it or manual do it these days the funds are still there please people give me advices the amount is small 167 usdt but its big for me
