Seeking resources to help with Dysgenesis of the Corpus Callosum diagnosis

I am looking to find more information about this diagnosis I received. My neurologist was largely unhelpful as they said I have learned to adapt and overcome issues unassisted until now. I (42M) have a wife, job and three children. I have been struggling lately with finding ways to keep up and I cannot lose my family. I am looking for an online group to discuss this diagnosis and any possible resources that might help me manage. I am in Northern California.

Where did this come from and is it collectible

I’ve been tasked with helping my father in law clear out his belongings in order to downsize before moving in with us and among his items I found this stein. There are no other markings on it and I haven’t been able to find anything online about it. I’m trying to figure out if this is worth anything in the hopes it might help cover some cost of moving him in with us.
