Sometimes when I post a question about buying an apartment in Morocco, I get accused of ruining it for locals. Please consider:

I am not going to take a local job
My wife is Moroccan and my kids are too
I am a Muslim from Palestine, and Jerusalem belongs as much to the brothers and sisters from Morocco as to me.
Everyone's time will come. Please don't compare yourself to me because I live in the West.
My father was kicked out of Palestine at 12 years old, and we have had many shuhada in our family and lost everything.
We all have our journeys and stories.
Now, can I get your feedback on two topics?
- I want to buy a two-bedroom apartment in Rabat in the Hassan area (This is where I spent my honeymoon). Can you give me tips on what to look for :

- Type of Buildings to Avoid
- Is it possible that some will be demonlished in the futture.
- Best area
- Are online prices overpriced?
Basically, I am looking for a 75-100 m2 two or three-bedroom apartment. How much would this cost me?

My dream is to open a cafe called Zawaj Cafe. Inshallah, by that time, I will be financially secure, and I want to use my profits to help young Moroccans get married. Alhamdullah, once I got married, everything changed for me. Any Muslim should want for his brother and sister what he wants for himself.
I find the best way to make a difference is to empower people, so if I can help a young couple who want to live a Halal life, then everyone wins.
