I started Lexapro a 3 months ago I went from 10 to 20 mg I’m having deeply sad dreams, I keep having dreams of people I’m in relationships with in these dreams and I wake up and can’t stop thinking about them, it’s making me more depressed then ever, I didn’t have these dreams before I started Lexapro.
