Help with pgs

Can any senior girl give me proper and honest reviews about Royal and Mayas pg? I cannot visit anytime before the enrollment and wanted to prebook for when I move there since all the ac hostels have been booked out.

Or if there are any other pgs which have good staff + good food?

Is anyone applying for education loan taking admission in any of the campuses?

I got 10xx rank in phase 2,was expecting a scholarship in ktr but clearly can't get one.

For btech cse, would it be better to choose ktr or go for AP instead since I can get like 90% scholarship in AP?

And the placements and everything look nearly identical in both the campuses, could someone from either campus give some insight?
