Hi all, I was wondering if anyone here works in DES at Caltrans HQ. A friend of mine got an oral interview and written interview coming up for some position in design. Does anyone have experience or know what the interview process like?
Will there be questions written down for you to read?
What to expect for 30 mins written interview? Etc

I work in a different division and I’ve not seen written interview for TE position before so not sure how to help him.

Why do most if not all positions at Sacramento require SOQ when most of positions in anywhere else don’t? Considering same classification, same job title, same department etc…

Could someone actually know why enlighten me?
