Hello,

I have campsites booked for June 27 - June 31 a backcountry trip start Vista Lake, hike in to Ball Pass, Egypt Lake, Exit at Sunshine Village.

Conditions are concerning me. Fairly experienced group of 4, however were planning for colder end of 3 season in terms of gear and not winter gear. Not interested in unsafe conditions.

Anyone have thoughts on if this will be doable or if we should be pivoting

I recently made my first condo purchase in downtown Toronto. I am buying in the building I have been renting in for 5 years so know the building well. I did not do a formal home inspection. During my walkthroughs I tested faucets and lights etc. but not appliances. The unit appliances are older and this is my only concern. My contract states they will be in good working condition, and I can enter the unit twice prior to closing. Is it worthwhile a day or two before closing to go in and actually test them.... does anybody do this? Run the dish washer, washing machine, turn on dryer, turn on oven elements and broiler.....?
