Anyone else noticed that there is some frame drops with the new update? I feel some jitter especially in the control panel like wth

Gonna start my finance degree soon, i know nothing about excel and etc but I've heard that using macos for excel is bad , if i use parallels will this problem be solved cause i don't think i can switch to windows

I have an m2 macbook air and i love it, been using it for 2 years and i feel like i can't go back to windows, at the same time i own an s25 and i hate iphones , am i missing alot? Like there are multiple sides where i wish i owned an iphone but like I'm not sure if i should switch
