I interviewed for a Principal Engineer – Full Stack role (10+ years experience). I already completed:

• Technical discussion
• Managerial discussion
• Technical assessment
• Submitted PAN card and salary slips as requested

All of this was completed about 1 month ago.

However, I’m still receiving the same email repeatedly (now received it for the 3rd time), and there has been no update from HR. I’ve tried following up but haven’t received any response from anyone.

Has anyone experienced something similar with Accenture hiring? Does this usually mean the process is delayed, background/approval pending, position on hold, or something else?

Would appreciate any insights from people who went through the process.
