I've been struggling with excruciating bpd into my late 20s and I have a lot of sypmtoms of cptsd. Its been years of struggling. I've started reading the bible lately and listening to different testimonies but still have a hard time feeling gods love. Please pray that I will start thriving and strengthen my relationship with god
My moms boyfriend sent me a long paragraph after cutting my mom off. We're on day 2 of no contact, a few things he did was reiterate her lies or stories shes made up to justify taking certain actions, tell me to stop self diagnosing which I'm not sure what exactly he's referring to. He acknowledged that there may be 2 sides to the story but that he didnt care. It makes it worse my mother has worsened health issues so the message just made me feel like I've committed a huge moral sin. How did you deal with guilt tripping messages after nc or the stomach churning guilt of leaving a parent with health issues?
