I have a few pieces of unsolicited advice take it or leave it
This my third pregnancy and I have developed a few tricks for battling some of the discomforts and I’m just going to share them in case they may benefit you.
1 pregnancy gas – google the cat cow pregnancy pose. I have gotten painful trapped gas moving so many times just by doing this 10/10 would recommend
2 constipation – pear juice!!! Specifically the 100 % pear juice they sell in the baby isle that is for toddlers. It has kept me regular through it all
3 avoid sitting on the toilet for too long – I didn’t always know this, but sitting in the toilet can be bad for your pelvic floor and can also contribute to hemorrhoids :(
