Ticket closed automatically due to missing S/N sticker! Have proof of purchase!

My ticket [17313509] was just closed automatically because I cannot provide the 12-digit physical serial number for my G pro x 2 headset.

The headset battery is no longer charger and is stuck at 1%. The physical earcup sticker has detached a while ago and I no longer have the packaging.

I sent logitech support a picture of the left ear cup showing that the sticker has clearly come off. I have also sent them a pdf of the purchase receipt from PB tech. Can an official rep or manager please assist with a manual RMA override?
