does anyone know when the college will start?

I got alloted to the same college but different seat type, i first had KU seat now I have SM. Will I still get the fee concession?

how is the college in all aspects? what should I expect and any other tips?

In my datasheet, annual income is not shown as above. will i not be elgible for fee concessions??? will this be a problem?
