Qualified first attempt Chartered Accountant, qualified in Nov 2024

Work experience:

Articleship (Internship) in Audit Domain - 3 yrs (not sure if this will be considered as experience)

MSc Finance from Ireland (Indian CA)

Hi, I'm an Indian Chartered Accountant, working in KPMG and thinking of applying for MSc Finance or corporate finance in Ireland for september 2027 intake. I have 3 years of CA Articleship experience and have been working in KPMG since May 2025 and by September 2027 intake, I'll have 2 years of post qualification experience. Also looking to give 4 exams of ACCA while doing masters as I have 9 exemptions.

DCU, UCC, University of Limerick and University of galway. These are the options in think. UCC and galway, both offer optional 30 credit internship module so I think that would help me to get a job as compared to a course without internship.

The reason is to settle abroad as I think staying in India is not worth it now unless you are extremely rick. Poor roads, infrastructure, corruption. India is not for poor or middle class people. Of course, you can easily survive here, but just survive, not love your life to the fullest.

I'm mentally ready for 3-5 yrs struggle, I'm thinking long term here.

I want your honest opinions.

Hi, we are looking for a fully furnished 2 BHK flat within 5–10 minutes’ walking distance from a metro station. We are three male working professionals (corporate).

Our budget is around ₹25,000, though we can stretch slightly for a good property. DM me with details if you have any leads. Thanks
