

Down 16.5kg in 16 weeks
Still early days, but have dropped a decent amount of weight. My BMI was obese when I started, has dropped down to overweight now. But I do hold a fair bit of muscle on 174cm. The healthy bmi range for my height is 56kg - 75.5kg. The lower end would just be unhealthy for me. So I would say at 85.9kg I am getting to a healthy range.
Haven't really worked out that often as have been quite low on energy due to calorie deficit, but still eating high protein to maintain what muscle is there. I walk alot for work and have definitely noticed it's a lot easier on my joints and back.
My eating is a lot cleaner than before, as I'm not eating much I'm trying to ensure I get nutritious food to give me energy throughout the day. Lots of fruit and protein shakes as its easier on the stomach. Smelling some food makes me nauseous lol, especially if it's fast food.
