Did anyone get pregnant after being on anastrozole? I’ve been on it for 2 years, out of what I thought would be 5+ years, and just found out I’m pregnant (I think approx 8 weeks). I only stopped taking it a week ago when I had the positive test. I read it can cause birth defects, I guess I’m just overthinking until I can talk to my oncologist/have my ultrasound. Anyone been in the same boat?
