I just started Cromolyn for MCAS loose stool, and I’ve been having worse diarrhea on it, like liquid stool. It’s been one week so far and I’m tempted to stop it. I’ve only been taking 100mg once a day to start, because I eat one meal a day these days and because I wanted to start slow—ever since developing MCAS I can react to medications.

Does this diarrhea side effect eventually stop? Or does it increase motility all the time? If you experienced this, did it get better? Thanks!
