What do I need to know / what accessories to buy with Comtac VIII's?
Currently using a pair of Walker Razors, looking to upgrade to something better / comms-capabale / helmet-mountable. Goal is to have one headset that I can wear just on my head, but also be able to put on an ARC rail when I eventually get a helmet. Definitely wanting the dual lead to maximize flexibility.

Questions:
What else do I need to buy to be able to hook this up to a Baofeng?
Is there anything else I need to go ahead and buy with these to make them work / get the most out of them?
How hard is it to convert between having this on a helmet vs. wearing it on my head? Hopefully I don't need to buy two pairs?
Mostly just trying to avoid buying the wrong options and/or not buying something I should / must have.
