I am in an MNC working hard with a previous experience of 2.5 years. People who joined with me are freshers. Now they know I know more than enough work and is fast at it. I feel this will affect my growth due to politics. Can it be a problem?

Am I the only one who feels awkward around girls. In my workplace there are too many girls below around my age. I play foosball with them and feel a little awkward around them. They are normal with me. Am I the only one? If not, Please guys help me out to remove this overthinking from my mind so I can make a health workplace relationship with all.
