Pansin ko lang sa industry ngayon, yung mga hasa at magagaling sa analysis at technical ng accounting yung mga naiiwan sa mid or lower management tapos yung mabibilis mapromote kahit di gaano mahusay (like hindi sila ganon ka-accurate at detail-oriented sa work) dahil good at English o magaling sila sa comms, sila yung mas pinopromote.

I thought sa BPO lang sya nangyayari but kahit sa local ganon na rin pala.

So I’m checkin out this new friend of mine and found out her sun sign is scorpio. Got a crush on her the first time we talked (she’s new at our company) and I think we clicked. She’s single and already asked why, found out she broke up with her ex a year ago coz of ldr. I made a joke that ldr are not for the jealous types but she said she’s not.
