Hyrox Sim 7+ months post-PCLF C3-T2

My CrossFit gym sponsored a Hyrox simulation this morning. I did the scaled version and that was plenty! 400M run, 200M sled pull (#135), 400M run, 1000M ski erg, 400M run, 25 burpee box (20”) step-overs, 400M run, 250M KB(#35) farmer’s carry, 400M run, 1000M row, 400M run, 100 wall ball (#14) thrusters. #grateful

Recovery continues going well! I started back w/ CrossFit a few days a week in January. In February, I returned to going 5-6 days a week. Being smart and modifying the workouts. Not overdoing it. It’s been fantastic. It has helped me regain strength and loosen up. This morning I did a workout that consisted of a 1 mile run into 8 rounds of 5 burpee box step-ups (24” box), 10 front squats (75 pound barbell), then a second 1 mile run. It took me over 41 minutes, over six minutes over the “cap,” but it felt good doing it. I post about this not to boast. Everyone, and their recovery, is different. I just want to encourage you to move as much as your surgeon feels comfortable with. All the best!
