The wrap costs 500 v-bucks on the item shop

(Yes I know it's just a wrap but this can still cause some controversy)

Today I wanted to play Minecraft on my laptop but then noticed that my account was logged out, I tried logging back in but then it asked me to secure my account (images above to help better understand), and when I tried to get a verification email, nothing arrived.

I tried again and again for a couple hours but nothing worked so I then contacted Microsoft support to get my account back and gave all the information I could but instead my account got locked, most likely due to the two-step verification restriction.

I tried everything I could think of and nothing has worked, I don't know what to do at this point and I'm worried that I might lose my account forever, I've had this account since I was a kid and have spent thousands of dollars in digital games and DLCs in that account.

(I used account/billing flair since it's the closest one to my current problem)
