Hello,

I’m an engineering senior looking for a full year lease or similar starting this August 2026 to May-July 2027. I prefer if the location is near engineering quad and if the budget could be under $1000 per month, including utilities if possible.

About me: I prefer to stay quiet and organized, since I will be mostly working on design courses and labs, so i am just looking for a simple place to study.
