Anyone else notice the face itself isnt really the problem anymore? Most tools can do a decent swap on a still frame now. The part that still breaks realism is everything around it, hair edges, neck blending, shadows, skin tone matching, even the background during movement. I had way better results when the source and target lighting already match closely. What workflows people are using for swaps that still look natural once the clip actually starts moving?

My experience with every pr firm i have contacted wants $15k/month retainers and enterprise clients. I need someone who understands startups and ties PR to actual business metrics. Any experiences?
