Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads / Social Media Growth).
• Drive meaningful audience engagement, organic reach, and qualified leads.
• Monitor traffic metrics, CTR, CAC, and conversions with routine performance reporting.
• Optimize copywriting, visual creatives, and post scheduling for higher engagement rates.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven digital marketing experience.
• Solid understanding of social media growth strategies, ad management, and campaign analytics.
• Self-starter with a data-driven mindset focused on measurable metrics (engagement, leads, ROAS).

Compensation Structure:

• Base Pay: Starts at ₹10,000 / month for core deliverables and management.
• Performance / Engagement Bonus: Additional incentive tied directly to performance metrics, campaign outputs, and engagement milestone targets.
• Commitment: ~10–15 hours per week (Flexible).
• Location: Remote (Hyderabad candidates preferred, open to all India).
