Handling competitor analysis for one brand is manageable, but once you start managing multiple client accounts together it becomes genuinely exhausting. Every client has different competitors, different platforms to track, different campaign styles, different audiences, and different things they want insights on. One client wants ad insights, another wants content trends, another suddenly wants to know why a competitor’s engagement is growing so fast. Our team was honestly handling all this through spreadsheets, saved posts, ad libraries, alerts, screenshots, and random weekly checks. It works initially, but after a point it becomes way too chaotic and time consuming.
