I’ve recently been getting a lot of recommendations about AI UGC creators, and I thought I’d give it a try myself.

I know a little about affiliate marketing, so my idea was to create AI UGC-style videos for products and potentially earn through affiliate commissions.

But I’m still confused about one thing: what niche should I focus on?

I was initially thinking about beauty, skincare, lifestyle, fashion, etc. But I’m wondering if people are less likely to trust the content when they realize the “creator” is AI — especially when it’s something like skincare or beauty where people usually want genuine experiences and reviews.

So for people who are already doing AI UGC:

Which niches have worked well for you?

Do you think beauty/lifestyle is worth pursuing?

Are there niches where AI-generated UGC feels more natural or actually performs better?

Is affiliate marketing a realistic way to monetize AI UGC, or are brand deals/client work better?

I’m completely new to this, so I’d really appreciate honest advice from people who have actually tried it. :)

I'm a recent BBA graduate in marketing major. I have been searching for ways to start my career, earning and entry level jobs almost everywhere and thought can try this platform too.

I've experience in marketing research (but primary market). I know basic Ms excel, powerpoint, spreadsheets, things. I'm also looking for starting my career in digital marketing aswell.

Should I redeem my amount before it goes zero?

My best friend and I (both 21f) are college friends so we kind of got really close with each other, I used to go to her house every once in a while in a few days and we did some internship or classes together then almost daily I used to meet her family. Her family has always been sweet with me, whenever I got late they used to drop me home (my home was like 25-30 mins away from hers). The whole point is they are sweet people, very welcoming.

In the 2nd semester of our college my best friend revealed that she has a bf (i already guessed it) but she also told me that she was embarrassed to tell this earlier because of their age gap. (He's 31M currently, they both have a 10 year age gap)

When we got in our 3rd year, her family got to know about their relationship and her father especially was really against it and told them to breakup which they didn't but pretended that they did. (Also side story that her bf is her cousin sister's husband's cousin brother, they met at her cousin sister's wedding and after a while got together)

Now coming back to our story, after that fight her father said a particular line to her bf which was "hamari beti toh bhav tak nahi deti tum hi pade rehte ho uske peeche" because he always used to come to meet her (they both are from different states). After that her bf always made her travel to his place and never came back here.

How did I get involved?

She always used to lie to her parents that she's going with me. I was a coward, couldn't say no to her because I thought I might lose this great bond with a friend. Because I was so frequent at her home, her parents trusted me and thought she was going with me. I never went to her place the day she used to lie that she's going with me because I'm bad at lying and also never asked her parents if she could come with me or not.

This month she went back again after our finals, lying with her parents that she's going with me. Her parents dropped her at my home at night, she stayed at my place for an hour or so and then went to catch her flight. In the morning her parents got to know about it, they came to my place, kept ringing my doorbell for 10-15 mins but she told me not to open it otherwise they will torture me emotionally and use me to call her back. So i didn't open it and before they came i locked my home from everywhere in a way that it would seem like it's empty (i live alone so it was easy for me to fake it)

At noon when I confirmed that they were not outside i packed my bags and went to my parents'city where I already had plans of going after our finals. In the evening her father found my number somehow and asked me to connect with her, I had her bf's number so I begged her and her bf to have a conversation at least. Which they did.

Fast forward to few days later, I am an overthinker and kind of an anxious person. Because of this incident, I got like 2 mild panic attacks which made my bf worried because I always used to think what if it's my fault or something etc etc. he always comforted me but one day because I was so mentally exhausted I slept and my bf got worried, out of curiosity he stalked me, and found my bestfriend's bf profile. In which he posted 2 reels which were of.... THEIR COURT MARRIAGE VIDEO, AND START OF A HAPPY MARRIED LIFE WHICH WERE AT APRIL 2026!!!!!

When my bf told me that you know your friend got married? I was literally SHOCKED!

For a few days i didn't talked with her but when is asked she told me she was embarrassed to tell me because I always talk about having a career before settling with someone. That she only got married because she didn't want her parents to break them apart.

Fast forward to today, her mother called me and blamed everything at me that because of you my daughter is not with me and that uncle got heart attack etc etc. I told her all the truth that she never came with me and please don't associate me with your daughter's decision. Yet she blackmailed me into telling my parents about this that i helped her, I called my friend later and begged her to go back because I didn't want my parents to get involved in this stuff. My bestfriend told me if that would be the case they would call her first and not me, they are using me as a bait to manipulate her indirectly into coming back.

At the end i blocked her parents and I'm not talking with my friend aswell now.

What are your thoughts? Was it my fault?

There's so much to write but this is too long so spare me if I forgot some details to mention here but this is kind of like an overview.

I'm a 21f from India and I've completed my BBA with a specialization in Marketing. My long-term goal is not just to get a job, but to build real wealth over the next 10–15 years. The thing is I didn't think before enrolling myself into BBA about the career opportunities, but now i can't change that and want to move forward by making better choices in my career.

I'm trying to decide which path would give me the best combination of high income, growth opportunities, and the possibility of eventually starting something of my own.

Some options I'm considering are:

Performance marketing / digital marketing

Marketing analytics

Consulting / business analysis

MBA later on (I'm thinking to gain some experience before doing an MBA)

I'm 21f, almost done with my BBA in marketing major. I am a bit confused about what should I do next. I want start earning as I'm almost done with my finals. But again whenever I'm applying for internship they require a prior experience which I don't have. Does anyone have any advice?
