Recently, I thought of solving it. So, I invite you to go through my Personal Finance Investment Platform (PFIP) but as a developer (🤫 as it's not production ready yet). Be a critique as and when needed.

This isn't just a "CRUD app" with microservices, there's real thought behind the JWT flow, the Redis caching layer, the per-service DB isolation, and the Angular interceptor/guard pattern that keeps the frontend clean and secure.

Hello, people... Could use some guidance here.

For the last 15 years, I have worked for only ONE company. It was a low-skill language based editorial job, but...

Last year, I got terminated and I realized... I am pretty much unemployable. I have learned no other life skill. I have been freelancing for similar companies, making some money here and there, but I need to get into a serious career. I am a mechanical engineer by qualification - but can't get into that now. I need to spend a few months to learn a serious skill, something that will get me a somewhat stable career and some good money, a few lakhs a month in say 5-6 years. I am a hard-worker and quick learner, I am ready to put in the hours and learn something, but... what?

What can I invest my time and energy that will give me a fruitful rewarding long-term career? I am thinking AI.

Where do I start? I am really lost.

I’m a software engineer with 4 years of experience building frontend web and mobile applications using React and React Native.

I’ve been unemployed for the last 6 months, and with how much the market has changed recently, especially with AI impacting software hiring, I can’t keep waiting only for developer openings anymore. I honestly do not know what to do anymore. I completed my Master's in Hospital Administration with a final CGPA of 9.6. I have always been serious about my studies and I genuinely know my work well too. But despite all this, I am not getting decent job opportunities.

Most of the offers I receive are around 15k salary and surviving on 15k after completing a master's degree feels extremely difficult. It honestly feels insulting at this point after putting in so much hard work.

I also want to mention something that has made this entire process worse.
