For the past few days I’ve literally been having like 4–5 interviewscalls every day with different companies.

And bro some of these companies idk anything about 😭 I wasn’t even specifically targeting them.

One company literally called me while I was taking an evening nap 💀 I told her I was sleeping and asked her to call later. She actually called back we had the interview, and I just ended the meeting.

They offered me ₹35k/month for a WFH data entry role. Company is based in Gurgaon

Like…wat??? 😭

I genuinely thought getting a job as a college student would be way harder, especially with a pretty average academic profile.

So is Naukri just cracked rn or am I getting insanely lucky??

Hello everyone. 2025 cs graduate here.

I have been searching for jobs and applying like crazy everywhere. I ended up getting into a few interviews but almost every one said no before the final interview or giving 5k in cities like banglore, Pune. When I ask the reason they say we can't share in detail about your interview performance or we just hired before your final interview. But when I look at some of my friends.

Let's say the friend's name is Alex.

Alex never studied anything related to computer science or anything. He doesn't know how to do linear search in years and even better he doesn't know how to write for loop. End up getting a good job in a company. Cleared aptitude/Technical with interview and the most bizzare thing is the interviewer didn't even ask him a Single technical question.

And another guy who's my senior. Who is the same as the guy above , didn't know how to swap two variables without using the third one. Messed up english and ended up getting a good job in gurgaon and it's been 4 years.

So my question is

Is the job market really that bad or my luck is very very bad.

And I think people/hr don't waana reffer you because they want to hire their relatives and close friends.

Now , I am ready to pay 30-40k for a succesful job. Bohat ho gaya hai yar 😭

Hi! I'm 26M working as a implementation engineer in an AML(anit money laundering) firm. With good experience with Oracle pl/sql.

But since the college days I had interest in Machine learning and have some basic level of knowledge in it . As my company has Data science department I started focusing that and started making projects after my working hours ,which later was observed by my company's higher manger and they have approache me and asked me about my interest for Data science. After sometime now they are asking me to move to data science department.

I work in HR .

I have been feeling so depressed for some time .

I was doing work for 2 people from last year and now they have decided to give me one person to share a workload .

But since I am old I know workload will always be on me and thus new joinee will take some time to understand things.

Everyday I feel so anxious going to the office .On top of that i am underpaid. The rest of my colleagues get to leave early and they are always having fun with each other.

I sit alone in a separate office from the main HR Team.as I am looking after another unit alone.

I am thinking of resigning without any offer.

I think my mental health and this stress for the past 1 year will haunt me in a longer Run.

I don't enjoy going to the office.
