I am currently unable to log into my pc. I was playing it yesterday perfectly fine. Today when getting on, I booted it up, and when entering my PIN was prompted to use my password as my “password was changed”. However, my password hint is literally my password (don’t judge) and it’s still showing as incorrect. I’ve tried booting in safe mode (shift+restart) selecting troubleshooting and option 4 fire safe mode. The screen changes but immediately loops back to the login screen. I’m at a loss. Is there a way I can force factory reset at this point?
