No refund. 45 days after cancellation.

I had booked a business class ticket from COK to CDG in QA booked through Amazon. As QA allowed free cancellation for tickets upto 15th June , I cancelled through Amazon travel call centre on 4th April. The status is reflected as ‘ refund requested’ in amazon. Ticket PNR is still active in QA app. Refund is yet to be received despite many calls to Amazon and QA. What else I should do?
