MDFCs?

MDFCs?

How do yall feel about MDFCs? I've add [[witch enchanter]] [[disciple of freyalise]] [[stump stomp]] & [[bridgeworks battle]] to my list.

I wanted more interaction without having to cut fun cards but I am clogging up my discover triggers? There is the benefit that I could discover into an MDFC and play it as land for turn.

Thoughts? C&C on my list also welcome. 🦕

You're Probably Ramping Wrong

Dropping this video from BasedDecksDept. Bracket 3 👖 was the example presented. https://youtu.be/upqHyQqN3WU?is=sCzYu5YtdVIcI1Yl

TLDR ramping into t3 Pantlaza isn't as great if you don't have the follow up. Instead opting into more explosive ramp on t4 with [[fanatic of rhonas]] & [[selvala heart of the wilds]]. I run a pretty extensive ramp package that includes both lines of play.... maybe it's too much? Found the video to be very thought provoking.

So lurking predators....

[[Lurking predators]] was a recent add to Pantlaza. I resolved it about turn 5 and it was not removed. Holy moly, just the sculpting alone to filter lands off the top is crazy + all the extra 👖 triggers... it does feel like a win more card but I came back from every board wipe hungrier.
