I have two Ebay stores. I listed a painting today and their AI flagged it saying I need to revise my description as I am opening the avenue to sell off the Ebay platform which is a complete lie. I have NEVER had an issue going to help and having someone call me back in 2-3 minutes. I went to their chat and nobody is calling me back. It's been over an hour now. I just don't get it.

I have two Ebay stores and for the most part have no issues. Today, I was going through some old listings and hitting sell similar to get them back to the top. I was selling 2 miniature cap guns that are keychains and 2 vintage cap guns both of which have the orange plug. It posted then got rejected for being hazardous material. I went to the chat, typed in speak to agent and they called me back. I had the agent go to my store and actually look at it. She said it looked good to her and to do an appeal. I do the appeal asking what specifically is hazardous about this when there are tons of other listings on Ebay. She said AI flagged it just continue the appeal so a human can see it. I did that and was denied my appeal. I am fine with that but what the F is hazardous? Why can all these mother fuckers have the same EXACT shit for sale and it's fine and mine is HAZARDOUS?
I hate these things. Anyways I have had two within the last week sent back to me. I took pictures of both with the post offices reasoning the address is invalid. I print my labels on label printer right off Ebay. I sent the pics to both customers and they both said that is the correct address. I told them I would send them with a stamp to the same address and they both recieved them no problems. Just curious if anyone else had this happen recently.

I just listed a 9mm. I have been a loyal Ebayer since 1943. As soon as I listed it POOF my account was dust. I'm not sure if I violated some rule or not. What should I do? I thought if you taped an orange cap to the open end you could sell them.
