What should I do? I feel like I got scammed.

I bought a pair from your store. When they arrived, I checked them and they looked suspicious, so I used a legit check app and it marked the pair as fake/replica.

I explained the situation and returned the sneakers so I could get another pair of the same model, but authentic this time. It has now been over a month and I still haven’t received a replacement or a refund.

Can you please update me on my case and help resolve this as soon as possible?
