Thinking about getting a new unbinned m5 pro in either 24gb+2tb or 48gb+1tb.

I would be mostly using it for school at the moment (ai related cs course work), coding work, and occassional gaming while I'm away from my desktop.

Which is more worth it, Ram or storage? Another option that I was considering (regardless of cost) was 48gb+2tb.
