I’ve been suffering from my top 2 front teeth aching. It’s not a typical tooth ache like from a cavity or eating something hot or cold. It’s almost like as if I’ve been clenching or grinding my teeth which I haven’t. I’ve also had an occasional metallic taste in my mouth. I’ve been driving myself crazy looking up what it can be and of course I’m now looking at my mouth and think my upper frenulum is swollen. I don’t really look at that part of my mouth often so I could just be imaging things. I’m just looking for some insight on whether or not it is and if I should be concerned.
