Got a big step/milestone tomorrow…

Ahhh I’m doing my first ever hearse driving order tomorrow! I’m leading in a hearse with a HDH following and then two limousines.

I’m super excited but also super nervous. Luckily, the FD is lovely and she’s very understanding that I’m a newbie.

I’ve gone over the hearse with a fine tooth comb, checked my routes, parking, roadworks timings etc and had a Yoda guidance sesh with my mentor.

Any tips from the old school?

Had a bad day/vent post.

In reality I had a mixed day but with two bad experiences. I did two school boy errors because I didn’t think, both my fault, both in front of my two mentors who taught me everything I know and who I respect the most!

Collected the cards off the flowers before the FD asked me, he glossed it over with the family and I got a justified bollocking afterwards.

Then placing the coffin onto the hearse pre funeral and lifted the foot on my own because my colleague was off doing something else. Should have waited and got justifiably bollocked by the hearse driver on the head.

It’s been a heatwave for the last week, it’s been a long week, everyone is hot and bothered and tired and they aren’t big mistakes.

I’m kicking myself though as I was overconfident and trying to impress my mentors but ended up looking like a buffoon.

The rest of the day was great though.

Plantar Fasciitis

Any advice on what I can do during the day to easy my suffering? I have shoe inserts and exercises for when I’m at home but was wondering if anyone had any tips that I can use and remain professional throughout the day?

The Dragon is not difficult… it is annoying.

I died a lot while trying to complete this boss battle but the boss only actually killed me twice.

The other hundred times I died because of glider mishaps, missing the ledge, falling into the shroud or because I could see what was going on.

The fight itself is reasonably straightforward, stun, beat the hell out of the thing then rinse and repeat.
