I’ve been feeling around by buttocks area for a while, usually when I am in the shower. I felt a strange bump in the region but it’s only today where I decided to take a look and snag a photo of it.

So far it is relatively small and only really noticeable under lighting conditions. I’ve heard of pilonidal cysts and worry it will develop into something serious.

Like I said, they’ve been around for some time on my scrotal skin. The only times they’re visible is when i stretch the skin really hard, it’s really the bigger ones that concern me (3rd image).

At the current time I’m unable to access any medical care within the coming month or two. Any advice would be appreciated!
