Muffler delete // OEM plus upgrade

So I love the ct4 BW but felt it was just a little too quiet. I love the sound of the CORSA exhaust but spending 2500+ dollars for noise seems insane.

So I looked up a couple videos and found that you can actually do a muffler delete and keep the OEM valves so there’s no check engine light.

Here are the results. I think the sound is OEM plus when the valves are fully open. And when they’re closed it’s just like OEM. I kept the stock tips to avoid and police shenanigans. In the video it cold starts in touring mode, I open it to V mode to rev, then bring it back to partial close.

First oil and trans fluid change done

Installed a fumoto valve and changed out the MT fluid for Amsoil. Shifter feels way better compared to OEM fluid.

So to start things off, I probably do 8-10 hpde track events per year and just bought a CT4 blackwing. Outside of camber bolts and a rear diff lockout bushing kit, I don’t see any track related mods.

I plan to run Castro srf brake fluid and eventually get girodisc rotors but I would really like to know if there any upgrades for bushings, control arms, toe lockouts, etc to get more camber and improve the overall suspension on the car.

I see Eibach springs offered but I’ve never believed in springs over coilovers or factory suspension. They’ve always under performed and don’t pair with OEM struts.

Any intermediate to advanced track drivers could chime in or DM me? Be nice to talk to someone who has had the platform shed some light.
