How interesting would it be if Cadillac came out with blackwing Wagon ?
Man I wish Cadillac would come out with a black wing Wagon model like when they had Gen 1 CTs-V wagon.

Took my Escalade V in for AC repair. Get it back and it’s showing 2WD on the cluster as seen in photo. I’ve never had this show up before, vehicle has 82k miles. Going to the dealer to see what they say tomorrow. But anyone come across this? Or is this possibly a computer issue? I tried cycling through sport modes and V mode with no success to changing that
Kinda feel like the Blackwings should’ve gotten one. I kinda feel like my steering wheel is too big sometimes.
Bros and those. Wife and I recently went on a road trip this weekend and I have to report I represented this community to thee fullest. When they saw that badge approaching at a high rate of speed in their rear view, they just moved to the side. With that being said, what car gets zero passes from you. For me, it’s a mustang. IDC if my gas light is on. WE RUNNING 😂😂
Anyone else have issues with map/ directions showing “Loading” to right of speedometer even though map is fully loaded on center display?
Picked this up just before the new year. Drift metallic, 6MT, precision package. The color changes depending on the light which is really unique.
Probably will add an aftermarket spoiler and some sort of subwoofer since this has no bass, otherwise it’s fine.
Car is a rocket and blast to drive. Hope to get out to the track at some point
I recently purchased a 2022 CT4V BW with 22k miles on it from CarMax. As soon as I drove it off the lot, I noticed significant brake vibration (felt in the seat, not the steering wheel) when braking from speeds above ~65 mph, which is obviously a tell tale sign for warped rotors.
To be sure, I did some research, and found that these brakes often need to be burnished if the car has been sitting for a while. I tried doing the burnishing myself by braking hard from 60 mph to 0 mph 10 times with ~1 minute between each interval. That didn’t help, but perhaps I didn’t do it correctly.
I’d be shocked if the rotors are truly bad with this few miles on the car, but I’m new to this community, so I don’t really know. Apparently, according to CarMax, this issue is covered under their 30-day limited warranty, so I was planning on taking the car to their service department to have this issue fixed, but I don’t love the idea of having them do the work for fear of it not being done correctly / them damaging something.
What should I do? Will I likely need to buy new pads and rotors? Does this seem like something that should be fixed by proper burnishing?
Anyone put Mickey Thompson ET Streets on their CT5 Blackwing and notice under hard acceleration and high speeds the car has a tendency to float on the road? Love the traction on dig races but anything involving speed very unpredictable, had them road forced balanced and I guess I just didn’t expect this…have a set of pilot sport 4, but they’re just
Not sticky enough…reccomendations/???
Drove around the arts district today…
Couldn’t be more satisfied with how this turned out. Fitment is dialed no rub no scrub lock to lock and rides great, feels much more planted in the turns with a significantly stiffer front spring than stock. Haven’t noticed a huge comfort hit from ditching magneride but I come from the world of stance cars on 34k springs so my gauge on comfort might be skewed haha
Slightly more aggressive wheel setup is next on the docket. Would love to stuff a 305 on the rears if clearance will allow
Looking at a 4bw Monday. Any particular thing I should look at specific to these cars?
I'm familiar with Piloti, but never owned a pair. Have you ever owned a pair of dedicated driving shoes, of any brand, and was it worth it? Is it just hype?
I feel like every time I see a CT5-V bw or even a nicely specd V-series it just seems crazy someone is able to afford all of that. I’m just curious what the hell you gotta do for living to buy one of these.
What are some recommended performance mods to push this from “pretty quick” to beast mode… *that won’t completely screw my warranty. Getting mixed answers from chatGPT/claude etc
