Part of the fam! No words.

Ive been struggling with depression off and on recently. Starting a new job, other life stuff, things have been gray as of late. I had an eldorado back in high school, God I loved that car. a C6, 3000gt, Charger, Challenger, some fun cars. but the Eldorado always felt special. Friends would give me shit, "it's an old person's car" etc etc. I looked at a few Ct4BW for sale and it just wasn't the right fit. Then I saw mine (that just put the fattest smile on my face saying that). I love that it doesn't have any big emblems or anything that point out that it's a BW. It doesn't need to. It's only care is to make you happy. I don't intend to track it, gonna be my DD.

What are some most do things to get or invest in right after purchase? I'm not gonna splurge on ppf, but was thinking about a ceramic coat job, maybe a CAI and puddle lights.

I just got back from a solo trek, starting from happy Isles to LYV, then to Lake Merced and Moraine dome. From there I wanted to get to Sunrise camp but got a late start so only made it half way. Went back to the valley, slept at upper pines, and then went back up to LYV for a day before heading back down again.

First saw the cinnamon bear(s)? on the footbridge behind the LYV campground, when i was trying to get to echo valley. Bear #11 may as well been checking wilderness permits at the LYV campground, he showed up every day, super chill. Saw one of the other darker black bears behind the camp tearing apart some trunks, beautiful younger teen. Observed 3 other randoms throughout my travels along the Merced and JMT, as well as a baby rattler right off the HD trail. One of the more amazing, backpacking experiences I've had; weather included snow, rain, hail and brief thunder. Also met some super cool folks at LYV. Can't wait to get back again, hopefully when Tioga is open.

Bears are the coolest creatures (having said that, please let's not reintroduce grizzlies back into Cali).
